Return Window

You have 7 days from delivery date to return items for a full refund.

Eligible Items for Return

  • Unused crystal bracelets and jewelry
  • Rudraksha malas in original condition
  • Crystal trees and decorative items
  • Beauty tools (unused and sanitized)
  • Raw crystals and tumbled stones

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn items
  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products damaged by customer misuse

Return Process

Step 1: Contact us via email at mcgemsrudraksha@gmail.com or send a direct message to @mcgemsrudraksha on Instagram

Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return

Step 3: We will send you return instructions and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

Step 4: Ship items back in original packaging with RMA number clearly marked

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your returned item
  • Refund Method: Refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will provide:

  • Free return shipping
  • Full refund or replacement at your choice
  • Expedited processing within 24 hours
